To celebrate the launch of OUAI’s new dry shampoo, I supported production on a two-day experiential activation transforming a Nolita storefront into a branded “Dry Cleaner” pop-up. The activation included a high-volume public giveaway, an exclusive influencer event, and custom collateral that brought the cheeky campaign to life. I led production on-site, managing fabrication, guest flow, catering, and staffing. The activation exceeded attendance and sampling goals, with lines down the block.
